MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:         

• Associate Professor:
  
  1. Ph.D. from an internationally reputed university
  2. 8 years of teaching/equivalent years of research experience
  3. A minimum of 8 publications including journal articles (must be Scopus-indexed or peer-reviewed), books and book-chapters (from renowned publishers)
  4. Experience in academic leadership / administration is preferred.

• Assistant Professor:
  
  1. Ph.D. from an internationally reputed university is preferred
  2. 6 years of teaching/equivalent years of research or other experience
  3. A minimum of 5 publications including journal articles (must be Scopus-indexed or peer-reviewed), books and book-chapters (from renowned publishers)
  4. Minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of 4.0) or equivalent in undergrad degree

• Senior Lecturer:
  
  1. Master’s degree from an internationally reputed university
  2. 3 years of teaching/industry relevant experience
  3. A minimum of 3 publications including journal articles (must be Scopus-indexed or peer-reviewed), books and book-chapters (from renowned publishers)
  4. Minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of 4.0) or equivalent in undergrad degree

• Lecturer:
  
  1. Master’s degree from an internationally reputed university
  2. Preferably two years’ experience in teaching and research
  3. Minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of 4.0) or equivalent in undergrad degree

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

• The candidates for the Professor / Associate Professor positions should also have 3 to 5 years of academic leadership experiences and ability to lead a department / graduate program / center.
• Applicants with relevant industry experience will be preferred for positions under School of Business.
• For the positions under Department of Environmental Science and Sustainability
  
  1. Experience of conducting research and presenting and publishing output of research works in reputed conferences and journals in the field of Environment and Sustainability.
  2. Experiences of designing courses, developing course materials and curriculum for new and upcoming topics are added advantage.
